PAYMENTS, CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

  1. All payments to be made by direct deposit into Cat’s Cradle account:
  2. For DOMESTIC TRANSPORT we require a $100.00 non-refundable deposit to be paid at the time of confirming the booking request. Remaining balance needs to be paid as soon as the booking is made with the airline.
  3. For INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL a $500.00 to $1,500.00 NZD non-refundable deposit is required to start the booking process. Remaining balance needs to be paid as soon as the booking is made with the airline.
  4. For DOMESTIC and INTERNATIONAL booking cancellations within three (3) days of the scheduled animals travel date, fifty percent (50%) of the quoted payment received (excluding non-refundable deposits and booking fees) will be provided as a credit for future use.
  5. For DOMESTIC and INTERNATIONAL booking cancellations four (4) days or greater from the animals scheduled travel date, one hundred percent (100%) of the quoted payment received (excluding non-refundable deposits, any vet/MPI fees incurred to date and booking fees) will be provided as a credit for future booking.
  6. For DOMESTIC bookings, change requests will only be accepted up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled travel booking time. First change request fee is $75, each subsequent change request incurs a $25.00 change fee.
  7. For INTERNATIONAL bookings, for change requests up to three (3) weeks prior to booked travel, first change request will be made for free, however any costs/charges for additional treatments or re-treatments and/or permits required by the import or export country will be payable by the customer at the time of effecting the change. Subsequent change requests up to three (3) weeks prior to booked travel will incur a $75.00 change fee plus any costs/charges for additional treatments or re-treatments and/or permits required by the import or export country. For change requests to international bookings made within three (3) weeks prior to booked travel, change requests will incur a $250.00 change fee plus any costs/charges for additional treatments or re-treatments and/or permits required by the import or export country.
